Shipping policy

Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process online orders. All orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise designated at checkout. Shipping times typically range between 4-10 business days and packages are not insured. We take responsibility for your package until it is taken/given by/to the mail carrier. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen packages, so please be sure to provide a secure shipping address. If the address needs to be updated, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to provide the correct shipping address.  

If you would like to have your order ready for pick-up, please choose that option at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready and arrange a time for pickup that works for both parties. 

Upgrades to UPS shipping options are available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. Delivery times are not guaranteed and UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Note: orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped USPS.

Note: We currently only ship orders within the United States.
